As part of our Open Day, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Iwona Jaszczyńska, HR Director at Diagnostyka, to Kolegium Europejskie. It was a valuable and inspiring meeting that connected education with the realities of today’s professional world.

By inviting a representative of Diagnostyka, we created an opportunity to present our school, our educational pathways, and the international learning environment that defines Kolegium Europejskie. Our guest had the chance to explore our laboratories, discover our teaching facilities, and learn more about how we prepare students from different countries for future careers in modern organisations.

The visit was a great opportunity to show that Kolegium Europejskie is more than just a secondary school. It is a place where young people develop practical skills, broaden their perspectives, and gain the competencies needed to succeed in an international environment. We are proud to offer an educational experience that supports both academic growth and future professional development in Poland and abroad.

We are especially pleased that the HR Director highlighted the possibility of organising summer internships for our students. This is an important step toward building strong cooperation between education and business. The next stage of this partnership will be a visit by our students to Diagnostyka, where they will have the opportunity to see professional laboratories and workspaces, and gain insight into a real working environment.

We believe that partnerships like this help build meaningful bridges between schools and employers. They allow students to better understand the modern job market, explore their interests, and make more informed decisions about their future. Most importantly, they open new international opportunities for young people.
