Visual Arts IB at Kolegium Europejskie Receives Prestigious InSEA Patronage

We are extremely proud to announce that the Visual Arts studio at Kolegium Europejskie has received the patronage of the International Society for Education Through Art (InSEA). This prestigious recognition marks an important milestone in the development of our art education programme and highlights the high quality of learning opportunities offered through the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.

InSEA – Global Recognition for Education Through Art

The International Society for Education Through Art (InSEA) is one of the world’s leading organisations dedicated to promoting and developing art education. It brings together educators, artists, researchers and specialists from around the world who recognise the essential role of visual arts in human development, creativity, critical thinking and social awareness.

Receiving the InSEA patronage is a great honour for our school and an important confirmation that the vision behind Visual Arts IB at Kolegium Europejskie reflects international standards in contemporary art education.

This recognition celebrates our commitment to creating an inspiring environment where students can explore creativity, develop their individual artistic voice and understand the powerful role of art in society and culture.

Visual Arts IB – A Unique Subject in the International Baccalaureate Programme

Visual Arts is one of the most distinctive and inspiring subjects offered within the IB Diploma Programme. It combines practical artistic experience, art theory, research, critical analysis and independent creative expression.

Through Visual Arts IB, students develop much more than artistic skills. They learn how to investigate ideas, experiment with different techniques, reflect on creative processes and communicate meaningful concepts through visual language.

The subject encourages students to become independent thinkers, creative problem-solvers and confident individuals who are able to look at the world from multiple perspectives.

Kolegium Europejskie – Developing Creativity Through IB Education

At Kolegium Europejskie, we believe that art education plays a fundamental role in preparing young people for the challenges of the modern world. Art develops imagination, sensitivity, confidence and the ability to approach problems in innovative ways.

As a school offering the International Baccalaureate programme, Kolegium Europejskie provides students with access to an internationally recognised educational pathway that combines academic excellence with personal development.

The Visual Arts IB programme creates a unique space where students can experiment, discover their talents and build their own artistic identity while working according to global IB standards.

A New Chapter for Visual Arts at Kolegium Europejskie

The InSEA patronage opens new opportunities for future artistic projects, collaborations and educational initiatives. It strengthens our commitment to connecting art, education and international perspectives.

We are delighted that our Visual Arts IB programme continues to grow and inspire students to discover the transformative power of creativity.

Congratulations to Dr Katarzyna Grudniewska

This achievement is also the result of exceptional dedication, passion and expertise.

We would like to express our sincere congratulations and appreciation to Dr Katarzyna Grudniewska for her professionalism, creativity and commitment to developing a space where art becomes a journey of discovery, growth and meaningful expression.

Her work and vision continue to inspire students and strengthen the role of Visual Arts within the IB education community at Kolegium Europejskie.
